WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES

  • For students transferring to other schools in Vietnam
    1. Complete tuition and other fees as prescribed
    2. Fill in the transfer request form
    3. Get an acceptance letter from the school which the student will transfer to
    4. Transfer request will be resolved within one week after the above tasks are completed.
    5. The school will provide a letter of recommendation to the school which the student will transfer to and student’s academic transcript as well as school report.
    6. In cases where the student transfers to a school in another province, the school will issue a letter of recommendation, so the student’s parents can go to the Department of Education and Training or Division of Education and Training to complete all the necessary formalities.
  • For students transferring to overseas schools
    1. Complete tuition and other fees as prescribed
    2. Fill in the transfer request form
    3. Transfer request will be resolved within one week after the above tasks are completed.
Notes :
  • Students who have already used the school bus service of a particular month and want to withdraw and stop learning at school, their parents need to submit a withdraw request letter and a fee refund request letter no later than the last day of the month.
  • - Meal fees will be refunded 100% of the payment for the days the students do not have meals at school.
  • - School fees and bus fees of the current month will not be returned, previously paid tuition and bus fees of the following months will be 100% refunded.
  • *The refund rate will be based on the date on the receipt.
