On the morning of December 10, 2022, The Asian International School organized Group Training 2022-2023 to create provisions for English teachers to exchange experiences, improve expertise and update teaching methods. This training is also a playground that forms an exciting atmosphere of competition and inspires teachers to teach. This activity also aims to train excellent teachers with many active teaching solutions, promoting students' initiative and creativity in gaining and manipulating lesson knowledge in daily life to develop the school's high-quality education.
Over 100 English teachers of 6 IPS campuses participate Group Training
Participating in Group Training system level consisting of 6 groups of excellent representatives from IPS campuses. Groups of teachers will give presentations on suitable teaching methods and skills and practice applying those solutions in the English class of the International Program.

The Advisory Board evaluated the teaching methods and skills presented at this year's Group Training as very practical, creative, lively, and student-friendly, creating high interaction between teachers and students. All have the same goal of taking students as the center, individualizing activities, promoting determination, discovery, depth of knowledge, and cultivating soft skills for each student.

Group Training is a valuable playground held annually. The teachers have listened to and learned from their colleagues a lot of professional knowledge and beneficial teaching skills. In addition, this activity also helps teachers show the spirit of solidarity, cooperation, and mutual assistance and continuously update, diversify and apply advanced educational methods to adapt to the modern era.
In addition, the school also focuses on training and developing a team of teachers who are solid in professional knowledge, creative in communication skills, and understand students' psychology.
