STAYING HAPPY, HEALTHY AND CONNECTED THROUGH SPORTS GAMES 2023
Sports Games 2023 – The sports days which are most anticipated by IPS students in the year were officially staged at the 6 campuses of Primary School IPS from January 9th to January 13th, 2023.
The event commenced with an extremely lively and joyful performance by all students, teachers and staff, which really gingered up the Sports Games 2023. With the spirit of "warriors", the students were full of energy and ready to "give it their all" when participating in sports such as skipping rope, tug of war, ball kicking, shuttlecock, chess, sack race, etc. The dramatic matches of Sports Games 2023 took the supporters from moments of suspense to bursts of joy as soon as the victors emerged.
Through the Sports Games 2023, the students had a great opportunity to be physically trained, enhance their endurance and flexibility, and at the same time, show their confidence, agility, ingenuity as well as foster solidarity and teamwork when it comes to group activities.
Besides in-class learning sessions, The Asian International School regularly organizes extra-curricular programs which particularly focus on physical and sports activities in order to create a healthy playground, helping the students to overcome their physical limitations and spreading a wealth of cheerful and healthy energy after hours of hard work.
